When we consider the mind and consciousness then add more layers of complexity. Yes it can be overwhelming to try and know about our complexity. If someone has cancer, which is a complete story? We fall into the trap of observations of cancer as a 'something' that is separate from us, in its entirety. Cancer cells are our own cells, they are not separate! They function as part of a as a reflection of the whole.

Do you really want to be like this? Is change possible?
